Hey there! I have struggled with not feeling confident enough to express myself in the past. Since developing STAIN, I have learned to become more open-minded, and to take risks in order to feel more happy and confident!

My team and I developed this brand, because we want to spread our message we strongly believe in! We believe that behind every successful person is themselves! Don't be scared to fail, because failure is not the opposite of success, it is part of it!

Working with and founding STAIN has been an absolute and amazing wild rollercoaster. I'm proud of what we represent and have achieved so far. I've learned to be proud of my mistakes. Mistakes that will help me concur everything that lies ahead on the dirty road of life!      

OUR STORY

STAIN originates from a group of hard-working Creative Business students from Breda University of Applied Sciences . As STAIN, we are very passionate about empowering young-adults to face and overcome their difficulties in their road to figuring out their future (success). Starting from a school project, which turned into the creation of a real-life inspiring community consisting of young-adults who are motivated to achieve to their full potential. We teach young-adults to not be afraid of their failures or difficulties along the road. We aim to inspire our community by reinforcing our brand values of striving for confidence, open-mindedness, courage, and boldness!

VISION

In a world where insecurities about taking on new opportunities prevent you from doing so, we believe that only if you face your difficulties head first rather than avoiding them, you will obtain what you deserve. Because only then your messy challenges will let life reveal all of it’s colors!

MISSION

STAIN’s mission is to empower young adults to face their difficulties rather than avoid them. STAIN advocates for making mistakes and getting dirty in the process. The dirt symbolizes all the difficulties, insecurities, and mistakes a person can make on the road to their achievements. Getting messy is simply part of your way to succeeding!

Confidence is key to achieving anything in life. We want to support young-adults who are more likely to be insecure about themselves and/or their abilities. We want to teach them from the beginning that you are perfect in your own way and you should be proud/confident about your own achievements. Once you have a confident mindset, you can take any challenge or difficulty that you might change. Becoming confident is really the start to a new chapter in your life!

In order to strive for the best, you have to be courageous. Nothing great ever happens from your comfort zone. When you feel demotivated from facing challenges, you should be courageous enough to overcome them! Take your power and dare to step outside of your comfort zone in order to achieve your full potential.
Open-mindedness

”Having the ability to consider other perspectives and trying to be empathic to other people, even when you disagree with them”
When facing a challenge, it is easy to be stuck in your own (negative) mindset. However, stepping out of your own mindset or perspective can help you see the challenge from a different side. You can accept and adapt to the challenge way faster if you see al sides involved. In order to accept your challenges and difficulties, you should be open-minded to anything that can or might happen. When you are (learn to be) open-minded, you can overcome any challenge that you face!
